Where have you been all this time? and why have you been covering up fraudulent acts by some deans who abuse their positions? And you know what: the excuse " we have been doing this" does not justify doing things against the law. My advise to you is : DO THE RIGHT THING or FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. And be aware of those who abuse their powers, they are dragging you down with them
