اصدرت السفارة الهندية في عمان بيانا صحفيا بمناسبة زيارة الوزير السابق واستاذ العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية في الجامعة الأردنية الدكتور فيصل الرفوع رئيس جمعية الصداقة الأردنية الهندية الى الهند .

وحاء في البيان ان الجهات الحكومية والرسمية الهندية تنظر الى زيارة الرفوع باهمية بالغة في اطار تقوية العلاقات الاردنية الهندية وتعزيز الفهم والتعاون المشترك حول القضايا الدولية والإقليمية .

واكد البيان بان زيارة الرفوع ستتضمن قيامه بالقاء محاضرات في ارقى واهم الجامعات و المعاهد الاكاديمية الهندية منها جامعة جواهر نهرو وجامعة دلهي وجامعة مومباي وذلك للحديث عن اهم القضايا السياسية الراهنة .

هذا ويعتبر الدكتور فصيل الرفوع من ابرز خبراء العلاقات الدولية ومحلل سياسي معروف اردنيا وعربيا ودوليا .

Visit by H.E. Dr. Faisal O. Al-Rfouh, Professor of Political Science & International Studies, University of Jordan, Former Jordanian Minister of Culture and President, Jordan-India Friendship Association to India under ICCR’s Academic Visitors Programme

With an aim to strengthen academic and scholarly cooperation between India and Jordan and develop better mutual understanding and cooperation, H.E. Dr. Faisal O. Al-Rfouh, renowned academician and former Minister of Culture, has been invited by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under its Academic Visitors Programme for an exchange visit to India from December 23 – 31, 2016.

Besides meeting various Indian dignitaries during his visit, Dr. Rfouh would be delivering lectures at the prestigious Indian centres of academic excellence such as the Jawahar Lal Nehru University, the Delhi University, Jamia Milia University, University of Mumbai and the University of Calicut.

India’s relationship with Jordan has always been characterized by warmth and goodwill based on mutual respect. Exchange visits by cultural experts, academicians and scholars contribute to better understanding between the two countries.

Under ICCR’s AVP programme, reputed academicians are invited to visit India for a period of 7 - 10 days. The selected academicians are provided single international airfare with full local hospitality and programme in India is also arranged by ICCR.
